NH NEWPORT — Newport zoning board approves dwelling and farm-stand exceptions. The Zoning Board of Adjustment voted unanimously (6-0-0) on January 21 to grant Joe Branch a variance for two dwellings at 55 Redstone Road and Jessica Cole a special exception for a farm stand at 64 East Mountain Road. The Board voted 6-0-1 (Chairman Ben Nelson abstaining) to grant a rehearing of a previously approved cluster-development Special Exception on Langley Road, with the rehearing scheduled February 18.
