Planning Board approves Stanton lot line adjustment

Planning Board · Meeting of May 27, 2026

NH NEWPORT — Planning Board approves lot line adjustment for Stanton property. The Board voted 3-0-1 to approve a 0.53-acre lot line adjustment for Scott Stanton's Bradford Road property, which follows a voluntary merger of subdivided lots and increases road frontage on the receiving parcel to 14.48 acres. The Planning Board also heard a final site plan review from the Roman Catholic Bishop of Manchester for a parish hall demolition and construction project at 32 Beech Street; however, no vote was taken.

Planning and Zoning Administrator Joseph Hoppock said the application was incomplete, lacking a required checklist and department reviews.
