Board authorizes town manager to sign LCWF addendum

NH NEWPORT — Newport selectmen authorize LCWF addendum for school conservation project. The Board of Selectmen unanimously authorized Town Manager Kyle Harris to sign an addendum to the Land and Water Conservation Fund program. Financial Consultant Paul Brown explained the school will pay the town to construct a replacement encumbered area at the corner of Corbin Road and Route 10, closing out the school's conservation obligation.
The addendum resolves the school's outstanding requirement under the LCWF easement.
