NH NEWPORT — Zoning Board approved a 10-unit cluster housing variance and two setback requests. Voting 5-0-0, the Board granted a Variance for the residential cluster on Parkview Street owned by the heirs of Scott B. Hill, with all units required to connect to Town water and sewer, and unanimously approved a companion Special Exception for the property's Rural District portion with subdivision approval as a condition.
The Board also voted 5-0-0 to grant a variance to Darrell Warner for a 25-foot garage setback where 50 feet is required, citing the property's steep slope. A variance hearing for Remington Ridge LLC requesting reduced road frontage was opened but the minutes do not record a final decision.
